  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible to request a refund.

  • Special Note for Pure Oud: Since Oud and Attars are highly sensitive products, a refund can only be issued if the item is reported as damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Condition for Claim

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and remain in its original packaging.

  • Opened bottles or products where the seal has been tampered with will not be eligible for a refund due to the pure nature of our heritage scents.

3. Refund Window

  • All refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Our team will guide you through the quick and easy verification process.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once your claim is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • For Bank Deposit orders, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method; for COD orders, our team will coordinate with you for a digital transfer.
