All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms may change from time to time without prior notice at our discretion.

1. Order Confirmation & Contract

  • When you place an order via our website, it constitutes an offer by you to purchase those items.

  • We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you via your provided phone number or email (aloudstories361@gmail.com) with a summary of order details, address, and quantity.

  • The contract between you and Al Oud Stories is formed only when you reconfirm the order via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

2. Age Restriction

  • Users under the age of 18 (minors) shall not register as a User of the website and are not permitted to transact on or use the website.

3. Hours of Operation

  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

  • Weekends and Holidays: Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Business working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

5. Product Disclaimers & Heritage Authenticity

  • Al Oud Stories specializes in 100% pure agarwood and heritage scents.

  • Due to the natural properties of pure Oud, slight variations in aroma between different batches are organic and a sign of authenticity.

  • All images and specifications are for guidance only; while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absolute reliability of information gathered from public or supplier sources.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Products are invoiced in Pakistan Rupees (PKR).

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

7. Delivery Policy

  • Estimated Timeframe: Standard delivery takes 1 to 4 working days.

  • Extended Delivery: Depending on the address and item availability, delivery may take between 15 to 20 days.

  • Items in a single order may be dispatched separately; we cannot guarantee all items will arrive on the same day.

8. Special Note for Pure Oud (Returns & Handling)

  • Since Oud and Attars are highly sensitive and pure products, opened bottles or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your package carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us immediately at 0335 3518511.

  • All original packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved.

9. Ownership & Responsibility

  • Responsibility for loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Ownership of items does not pass to the customer until full payment is received by Al Oud Stories.
